1. How do I receive my passes? The Vice President of Membership will contact you with instructions to collect your passes. We will offer several opportunities for pickup, but our board positions are 100% volunteer, and many of our board members work full-time. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding with scheduling. 

 2. Can my athlete pick up the pass(es) for me or can you leave them in the front office? Unfortunately, no. Since Katy ISD Athletic Admission passes are not replaceable, we cannot give them to a minor or anyone other than adult members of the purchasing household. 

 3. Can I use my pass for any game? A Katy ISD Athletic Admission Pass will permit one card holder per card into any Katy ISD Regular Season Junior High and High School Athletic Event held at a Katy ISD facility. Katy ISD Athletic Admission Passes will not be permitted for playoff games, state competitions, or competitions at a non-Katy ISD facility.
